Our Mission is to be a church where our friends become part of the church family and we become a light to our city.
Our vision is to reclaim the city for Christ by reaching four specific groups within our city; the children of our schools, the elderly who are shut-in, the families of those in prison and our neighbors next to our worship center.
Our belief is that a healthy church is one that is committed to loving one another, learning together, serving God and the church and reaching others for Christ.
Our desire is to bring church outside the four walls of our sanctuary to our homes reaching our neighbors through life group ministries.
If you are looking for a church home which will be making a difference in its community then Fellowship Assembly can be your home!

Our Ministries
We believe that the Lord is good, and worthy of all our praise, and one of the things He loves best is hearing the voices of his children. That's why every Sunday, we begin service by singing praises and worshipping God. Rehearsal begin at 7 PM every Thursday. Starting at 10:30 AM, we are led by Scott Simpson as we lift our voices to Heaven, and make a joyful noise unto the Lord! Won't you come join us? We would love to see you there!
On Tuesdays mornings, at
9 AM, the church doors are open and everyone is welcome to enter the sanctuary for a peaceful time of prayer. Join us for a few minutes as we seek God and pray for the church as well as the world around us.
Later in the morning Tracy Edenfield leads another session of prayer beginning at 10 AM and then at 10 AM she leads us in an exploratory Bible study called Mid-Week Manna. Currently, her lessons are focusing on the reality of Heaven and Hell; as we better understand its depths, we become better equipped for the Kingdom of God. Her teaching exhorts us to spread the Word of God in hopes that others will accept Christ as their Savior.
Brian and Lana would like to welcome you to....
What are Community Groups? These are large, medium, and small groups of people coming together (at different times and with unique purpose) to focus, at varying levels, on four main objectives: LOVE, LEARN, SERVE, REACH.
Community Groups grows the body of Christ beyond the walls of the church and into our living rooms, backyards and beyond!
Its not a new concept, really! Its how the New Testament church functioned and flourished! Acts 2:46-47 gives us a glimpse: Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
The success of the New Testament church was developed as Day after day , in the temple courts and from house to house , they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ. (Acts 5:42, emphasis added )
Wow, would you read that one more time? There is so much for us to learn from that one sentence:
This Fall we are launching this idea of coming together house to house! Join us as we develop this new ministry, grow in relationship with the Lord & with His people and LOVE-LEARN-SERVE-REACH beyond the church walls!
Our Men's Ministry, lead by Will Crosby, is constantly taking care of business. They are a group of faithful, concerned men who help maintain our church, do fundraisers for events, and currently they are fellowshipping together with their very own Fantasy Football league.
Their verse is "As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend." Proverbs 27:17.
This verse inspires them to support each other in being the husbands, fathers, co-workers, and friends God
has called them to be.
From home decorating, to soup making and praying, to event-planning and more, our ladies have it all. They range from grandmothers to college students, and include every age in between. Our Women's Ministry puts its focus on strengthening the female half of the Kingdom, because "Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised" (Proverbs 31:30).
December 6th Christmas is coming to Fellowship Assembly!
Our ladies are putting together a the
Annual Women's
Chirstmas Banquet!
They'll be decorating the church, making and serving tasty food, and there will gifts!
Sweet treats can be found _ Wed night Bible Study
These godly women employ their talents to help plan church events, set up weddings, and maintain their prayer tree--a useful tool for ensuring that everyone is uplifted in prayer when they need it! These women are well aquainted with the teachings of the Bible and use that spiritual foundation to build strong homes, healthy families, and a loving church.
Our seniors believe in God, family, community, and keeping active! They put a strong emphasis on providing comfort and friendship to each other, with lots of senior-oriented group outings and church get-togethers; as you would expect from mature Christians, ministering to one another and living a godly life is at the heart of all their activities!
Here at Fellowship Assembly, our seniors strive to ensure that their "Gray hair is a crown of splendor; it is attained by a righteous life" (Proverbs 16:31).
We want to provide age-appropriate Christian fellowship for people who are too young for just having coffee mornings with grandma! Our aim is to prove that we can live holy, Christian lives, and still be exciting, adventurous, fun-loving, and young!
We are passionate about getting involved with our, church and community. We believe and founded this ministry on 2 Timothy 1:7 For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
We boldly claim our love for Jesus Christ and feel that showing it through love, compassion, and being 'living sacrifices' we will win souls for the Kingdom.

We want to share the love, the joy, the passion, and the salvation that we all have, and we want to make a positive difference to our community. Most of all, we want to give young adults in our church a place to relax, be themselves, and grow at their own pace
Xcelerate Youth meets every Sunday morning _ 9:00 for what we hope is fun and informative biblical learning! Afterwards, they join the adults in the sanctuary for praise and worship and Sunday Service _ 10:30.

W.O.W. Kids Ministry also offers many fun activities throughout the year. In 2011 we've held an Easter Egg Hunt with a petting zoo, Sunday School Awards, Promotion Sunday, Family Fun Day, VBS, and we are already planning a Trunk-or-Treat for October 29th. We believe that building a relationship with your family includes having fun, safe activities for the whole family.
Wednesday nights we provide two programs Royal Rangers for boys and Mpact Girls Club for girls. In Royal Rangers boys are taught important character traits like courage, honor, and service through fun activities. Mpact Girls Club focuses on building strong, confident girls with stories, crafts, and fun games. All boys and girls have an awesome opportunity to make lifelong friends and be apart of a national church program.
Every Wednesday night our Mpact Girls Club meets at 7:00PM. Here they earn badges by learning memory verses and gain understanding of the Bible and the important lessons all children can learn from it. Each club is divided into age groups where the stories, craft and activities are aged appropriately for optimum safety and fun.
Every year each child is rewarded for all their hard work with the Promotion Ceremony. Every child is presented with certificates, badges, special recognition, and are given the opportunity to recite verses, mottos, and pledges.
We look forward to meeting your child!

10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, says the LORD Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it. 11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not drop their fruit before it is ripe, says the LORD Almighty. 12 Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land, says the LORD Almighty.

Missions
Offering
We are looking into the possibility on starting an annual mission trip. Curious to see how many people from our church would be interested, we set up this page for people to sign-up.
Mission trips would be international and each individual participating would be responsible to fund their own expenses.
Mission trips are self funded trips to other country where we help the inhabitants to and share the Word of God.
So would you like for the church to start annual mission trips?
